While I have been exposed to the “old” TA through my business, the new version of TA with the
four ego states model has been transformational. The most exciting thing, however, is not what
it has done for me personally, but how it has helped my clients to improve their effectiveness.
As I share what I have learned from you with others, their lives begin to improve. I’m still a neophyte
with TA, yet my knowledge and comfort level has improved constantly.
In the past month I have given 3 separate paid presentations for sales and management teams,
all of which have been received with tremendous enthusiasm. One VP of Sales had lunch with
me afterwards and told me that he learned more from my 2 hour program on TA than he had
learned in 8 months with an industrial psychologist. Wow...and imagine what he could have
learned if I knew what I was doing!
