How Does Synergy Work?

Before the Synergy Development Program starts, Steve meets with prospective clients either on the phone or in person to determine:

  1. If there is a chemistry between us
  2. If there is a real interest in improvement
  3. If our working together will be enjoyable, and
  4. If the client has the ability to pay my fees.
The first coaching session is approximately four hours to provide a foundation in the new transactional analysis. I prefer this session to be in person.

Each ongoing session after that will last approximately an hour. I prefer weekly sessions for the first three months. I know there will be times when one of us will not be able to meet weekly.

I ask for a commitment of at least six months. I ask for nothing in writing because if you do not feel you are receiving value from the coaching, I do not want you to feel obligated to continue.

I charge by the month in advance. My fee is the same whether we meet once or six times per month. If you choose to meet more frequently, then we will increase the monthly rate based on what you choose.

I also work with groups. I limit my practice to 15 individuals and/or groups at a time.
